For ongoing services or subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The service must not have been fully utilized or implemented
  • The request must be made within the specified return period
  • The service must not have been customized beyond the original agreement
  • Any deliverables provided must be returned in their original condition

Cost of Return Shipping

Since our services are primarily digital and delivered electronically, there are typically no physical items to return. However, if physical materials were provided as part of the service:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

After Service Begins

If you wish to cancel after work has begun, the following applies:

  • You will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded within 10 business days
  • You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

  • You fail to provide necessary information or materials
  • You violate our Terms of Use
  • Payment is not received as agreed
  • There are circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary:
